Guelph MPP Mike Schreiner was at the GYMC on October 20 to represent the province at a special ceremony to thank the Ontario Trillium Foundation for its generous grant to the centre.
The thank you ceremony was followed by the presentation of the GYMC’s Volunteer of the Year award for the past three years, catching up with COVID. The recipients were: Virginia Gillham (2020), Gail Lange (2021) and Mark McDowell (2022). All of them have made tremendous contributions to the centre over the years and we are very grateful.
