The rapidly evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) situation is unsettling, changing daily life and the operations of workplaces, schools and public places. There is a great deal of uncertainty and we would like you to know that your health and well-being is what matters most to the GYMC.
Since the risk associated with the coronavirus emerged, we have taken action consistent with guidance from Health Canada, as well as provincial and local authorities. We have reinforced hygiene protocols, and taken numerous precautions to keep our facility clean and safe.
Today we take another step in an effort to stop the spread of COVID-19. Based on the advice from Guelph’s Medical Officer of Health, the GYMC has decided to close until April 5. We will reassess the situation as we get closer to that date, and remain closed, if necessary.
