The GYMC String Orchestras invite you to their annual spring concert on Friday May 4 at 7:30 pm. Hear the Junior Orchestra perform Jeff Manookian’s Simple Symphony No. 1 for Strings, Disney’s Frozen, and Richard Stephan’s Variations on a Well-known Sea Chantey.
The Intermediate Orchestra performs Carlos Gardel’s Por Una Cabeza, Bizet’s Symphony in C (arr. Manookian), Music from Pirates of the Caribbean (arr. Larry Moore) and Massenet’s Meditation from Thais (with Tak Kwan, violin solo)
